           Pricing
  • All items should be priced in $1 increments 
    No item(s) should be priced less than $3.00.
  • If you don't wish to tag and price your items you can donate the items and recieve 100% tax deductible donation on what the Society sells it for....
  • Smaller items can be “bundled” with like items to achieve a $3.00 value. For example: onesies, hair bows, socks, etc. can be placed in a zip lock bag and priced for $3.00.
  • Just make sure all the items in one bag are the same size 

    Tagging
  • Use the template below to generate your tags on white 3x5 index cards. Please use white 3x5 index cards only (Please, no stickers)
  • All tags need to include 
    • item number: starting with the number “1” and continuing. If you are generating fifty tags your will have item numbers running from “1” through “50”
    • seller number - Call ahead to get your number - (814) 944-8222
    • item description
    • an indication as to whether or not the item will be donated at the end of the sale by writing either “Donate” or “No Donate”
    • if you do NOT want to donate use colored paper /index card
    • size
    • category (gender, if applicable)
    • price
    • an indication as to whether or not the item will be discounted during the ˝ Price Sale by writing either “Discount” or “No Discount”
  • It is very important that the information above appears on your tags EXACTLY as it appears on the template. This makes the check-out process run smoothly
  • Safety pin tags to upper right front of clothes (as you are looking at the clothing), placing the card in a horizontal position and one pin in a vertical position. Use medium to large pin (no straight pins, please!)
  • When safety pins cannot be used, be sure tags are securely taped on items with clear packing tape
  • Pin tags to top of shoes
  • Please make sure the tags are securely on your items. We cannot be responsible for items with missing tags. We will not be able to sell these items and they will be donated at the end of the sale
